The weather is getting warmer and this is the time that New Yorkers are riding bicycles as a mode of transportation. NYC Department of Transportation has begun their FREE Bike Helmet Fitting and Distribution Events. These events will continue until the month of October. You must be present to get a helmet. Adults over the age of 18 receiving a helmet must sign a waiver. For children under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the waiver.
