Updated blue cards with current address and working phone numbers are essential for your child’s safety. Your child brought home 3 blue cards and you should fill out ALL 3 of them: one for the main office, one for your child’s teacher and one for the nurse. It is imperative that you list all the people that can pick up your child. If you need more space in order to include everyone, please ask for and attach the additional blue card available in the Main Office or through your child’s teacher. School will only release your child to those people listed on the blue card. Remember to update the blue cards throughout the school year whenever is necessary!
