Free Museum Days in NYC

Tests will soon be over and the weather is finally on our side! There is so much to do to explore the cultural richness of our eclectic city. Whether you have a Cool Culture card that grants you free access to about 90 museums and cultural institutions, or you have the new IDNYC card that entitles you to one year free membership to some major museums and cultural establishments, or you have none but still are willing to explore, we have some suggestions for you.

Did you know that there are many museums in NYC that have free admission year-round? Check out www.nycgo.com/articles/free-nyc-museums for more information on ones with year-round free admission. Other museums are free on certain days or at specific times—but be sure to consult their websites as they may charge for admission to specific events or sections.
