The last coin has been counted, all your donations have been acknowledged and the results are in! We are very excited and proud to announce that PS 217, in its first year of joining this noble fundraiser has been able to raise $4,701.75 toward helping the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society meet its goal of eliminating blood cancers forever.
All classes that collected over $100, $200, and $300 in donations will receive either bronze, silver or gold pennants respectively to display in their rooms. Altogether, about 20 classes will be the happy recipients of the pennants! The top 3 fundraising classes will receive a pizza party each. Here are the lucky winners:
1st place: class 2-401 (Ms. Myrovych & Mr. Sroczynsky)
2nd place: class 2-410 (Mr. Roldan)
3rd place: class 2-412 (Ms. Petrosino)
A few more classes (raising above $150 each) will be rewarded with a treat party as well. In the descending order of their donations, they are: 4-507, K-308, 2-413, 4-516, 3-414, 3-402, K-312!
