If your child was born in 2014, their journey through New York City public schools begins this year. Start exploring your options now, so that you’re ready to apply to Pre-K when the application opens on February 5, 2018.
- Read the Pre-K Directory to learn about the admissions process and explore the schools in your community.
- Attend an Admissions Event in February to find out how to apply for pre-K and get help with your application. Brooklyn’s Admission Event is scheduled to take place on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 6pm & 7pm at PS 133 William A. Butler (610 Baltic Street, Brooklyn NY 11217)
- Visit pre-K programs to meet staff, see if a program is a good fit for your child, and test out the commute to and from your home.
