If your child was born in 20156 you can start exploring your Universal Pre-K options now, so that you’re ready to apply to Pre-K when the application opens later this winter. If you would like to find out more about our UPK program here at PS 217, join one of the Pre-K Open House events scheduled for Tuesday, January 07 at 2:30 PM and Tuesday, January 21 at 2:30 PM. Our nurturing Pre-K program offers learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate for young children. The teachers work as a team to plan lessons and classroom activities that will stimulate young students’ natural desire to learn.
During the open house event, incoming parents can visit the Pre-K classrooms and hear from the teachers all about the Pre-K experience at PS 217.
