The deadline to complete your 2015 NYC School Survey has been EXTENDED to APRIL 17, 2015. The survey helps us understand what you as key members of our school community say about the learning environment at PS217. The information captured by this survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make our school a better place to learn.
Please take your time to carefully and accurately fill out the survey you have received in the bright green envelope during Parent Teacher Conferences. Return it in the sealed envelope to your child’s teacher before the deadline.
As an alternative, you can fill out the survey online at http://schools.nyc.gov/Accountability/tools/survey/default.htm and send in the confirmation receipt. Online surveys are also available in Spanish, Urdu, Bengali, Russian, French, Korean, Arabic, Chinese and Haitian Creole. For a printed copy of the survey in any of these 9 languages, please contact Mara Dubovici in Room 108 or LDubovici@schools.nyc.gov
