Team Up to Read at Brooklyn Public Libraries

Brooklyn Public Library is offering parents a FREE program to help improve their child’s reading skills called Team Up To Read. The eight (8) week program is being hosted at 12 different library branches across Brooklyn and each week will focus on a different skill such as reading comprehension and fluency. This program is mostly suited for children ages 5-9. For more information please visit https://www.bklynlibrary.org/event-series/team-up-to-read. No registration is required to attend.

  • Bedford (Thursday afternoons 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.)
  • Bay Ridge, Canarsie, Cortelyou, Flatbush, Highlawn, Kings Highway, New Lots, New Utrecht, and Sunset Park (Saturdays — time varies by location)
  • Kings Highway and Central Library Youth Wing (Sundays 2 – 3 p.m).
