We are thrilled to have additional Smart Boards at P.S. 217! Reports from our teachers show continued use of various multi-media materials (Brain Pop, videos, Smart Board technology and more!) to teach our students concepts and reinforce important material using what our kids know and love the most—multimedia assets! These resources allow teachers to span different ability levels and learning styles, as well as provide an individual approach to learning.
Students can also absorb daily and weekly lessons at their own pace. Shhh…don’t tell the kids that the videos they see in class are actually educational!
