Please do not forget to fill out the Blue Cards! Updated blue cards with current address and working phone numbers are essential for your child’s safety. Your child brought home 3 blue cards and you should fill out ALL 3 of them: one for the main office, one for your child’s teacher and one for the nurse. It is imperative that you list all the people that can pick up your child. If you need more space in order to include everyone, please attach additional pieces of paper. School will only release your child to those people listed on the blue card. If a new person is going to pick up your child you have to inform the school in writing.
