Please make sure you have both sides filled out with as much information as possible. When you change your address, phone number,
inform the school and come to update the card. The school will only release your child to the people listed on the blue card. If a new person is going to pick up your child the school must be informed in writing. Working, current phone numbers are essential for your child’s safety.
