The Valentine’s Day Bake Sale is back in a new format. This sweet event will take place on Wednesday, February 13 and Thursday, February 14 during the lunch hours (10:40 am – 1:30 pm) in the PS 217 Cafeteria. Each grade will shop the sale during their lunch hours according to each grade’s lunch schedule:
Kindergarten: 10:40 AM – 11:05 AM
Grade 5: 11:05 AM – 11:30 AM
Grade 2: 11:35 AM – 12:00 PM
Grade 3: 12:00 PM – 12:25 PM
Grade 1: 12:30 PM – 12:55 PM
Grade 4: 12:55 PM – 1:20 PM
Parent volunteers are much needed! How can you help?
- Send your child to school with a few dollars to let them buy a cupcake and a gift at the sale.
- Bake cupcakes and bring them to school. We need many baked goods on both days!
- Pick up a tray of donuts from our nearby Dunkin’ Donuts and donate them to the sale.
- Work the sale! The event will run better if you are part of it. We need parent volunteers to man the tables. One hour, two hours, or until the last cupcake is sold, whatever time you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
