Pre-K and K parents and children are invited to a special afternoon this Tuesday, October 28 from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM in the cafeteria to learn about the cool culture in our city and our school.
The Cool Culture program will allow PS 217 Pre-K and Kindergarten families to attend over 90 museums, botanic gardens, and zoos in NYC for free for one whole year, and sign up and learn more about our Family Reading program. The Cool Culture Family Pass will be handed out in your child’s class which helps parents, grandparents and caregivers give their children cultural experiences that cultivate a love of learning!
At Tuesday’s program, our new arts teachers Mr. DiBlasi (dance) and Mr. Mister (music) will lead a class and our librarian Mrs. Auerbach will lead a read-aloud workshop.
Please come and join us Tuesday and have fun with your child! Children are not permitted to join without a parent or guardian.
