Stress Management and Self Care – Parent Workshop

Stress affects everyone every day. It impacts our mind and body in many powerful ways. Sometimes, a little bit of adrenaline and stress could be quite welcome and not necessarily detrimental to our physical and mental well-being. Yet what happens when we start feeling overwhelmed? One of the best ways to combat stress, large or small, is by practicing effective self-care. What does self-care mean? How can we do it?

There are many methods and practices that can help you manage and reduce your level of stress.
