An exciting service offered by NYU Lutheran Family Health Center will come to P.S. 217 on April 1! A dental team from NYU Lutheran Medical Center will be visiting our school, offering FREE dental screening for your child.
Your child will only benefit from this free oral health examination if you return the signed consent form to school as soon as you can. If you did not return the consent, but you would like your child to be screened, come to Room 108 to pick up a consent form or notify your teacher immediately. Consent forms will be accepted until Monday, March 28!
