On Saturday February 11th from 1 – 3:30 the PS 217 Cafeteria will be transformed into a space to celebrate Spring with fun Crafts and Games, Music, Mehndi Hand Painting, Face Painting and more. There will be snacks for sale and a silent auction. Fun for the whole family!
CAN YOU HELP?
We steel need volunteers for the following:
To bake un-decorated cupcakes and drop them off at Mara’s office on Thursday or Friday (Feb. 9 or Feb 10) or bring them Saturday morning!
Friday Feb. 10 after school from 2:30-4:00pm to Decorate and Set-up
Saturday Feb. 11:
10:30am to Decorate and Set-up the Cafeteria
12:00pm to 3:30pm
+to do mendhi / face & hand painting
+to run craft tables
+to run the cupcake decorating table
+to sit at the ticket table
+to run the food / beverage sales table
+to run the pie throwing table (fill in the pie shells etc…)
+to be the target of the pie throwing (preferably a dad)
